End User License Agreement

This agreement covers your use of the LayoutPub software. By installing or using LayoutPub you agree to it.

License

Each serial number grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use one copy of LayoutPub on one computer that you own or control. The license includes all updates to LayoutPub. It does not expire.

Trial

Without a serial number, LayoutPub runs as a 3-day trial. During the trial, exports and prints carry a watermark. After 3 days the software locks until a serial number is entered. Your files remain on your computer and are not affected.

What you may not do

• Share, resell or publish your serial number, or use one serial number on more than one computer at a time.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, or remove any notices from it.
• Use the software in a way that breaks the law.

Your documents

Everything you create with LayoutPub is yours. We claim no rights to your files.

Warranty and liability

LayoutPub is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or that every Publisher file will import perfectly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Termination

The license ends if you breach this agreement or if your purchase is refunded or charged back, in which case the serial number is deactivated.
