If LayoutPub does not work for you, email PENDING within 30 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount you paid.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• When a purchase is refunded, its serial number is deactivated and LayoutPub returns to trial mode on that computer.
• Please tell us what did not work. It helps us fix it for the next person, but it is not a condition of the refund.

After 30 days

We cannot refund purchases older than 30 days, but we will always help you get LayoutPub working.
