Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy LayoutPub through this website.

Seller of record

Purchases are processed by Stripe under Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase and is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT. Stripe’s purchase terms are shown at checkout.

What you are buying

A license to install and use LayoutPub on one computer per serial number, for as long as you like, including all updates to LayoutPub. The full license terms are in the End User License Agreement.

Price and payment

The price is $25 USD per computer, shown before you pay. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Payment is taken once; there is no subscription and no renewal.

Delivery

Your serial number and download link are shown on screen immediately after payment and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. The emailed download link is valid for 72 hours; after that you can download again at any time using your serial number.

Refunds

See the Refund policy. In short: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
